SARC Restructuring

SARC Strategic Plan  Mission  Given there is no successful structure in the US to provide platform to make progress in the diagnosis and treatment of sarcoma, SARC exists to fill that void  Vision/Future picture of success  Bring to the public new and effective therapies that will reduce pain and suffering for sarcoma patients  Provide stimulus for the recruitment and training of the brightest and best clinician scientists to choose to study sarcoma in the future  Through collaboration and pooling of intellect, identify new and effective therapies  Establish SARC as the academic “voice” of sarcoma expertise  Provide stimulus and infrastructure for exchange of ideas
