Virtual Community Feasibility Timeline considerations – Possible within our required timeframe! – Must be functional no later that September 2016 – Acknowledge we could coordinate with leverage during in-person event Budget considerations – Possible within our grant budget – Dollars must be spread across administrative costs, in-person event, and virtual community (website project) Grant requirements – Given use of federal dollars, must be in compliance with Section 508 standards for website use by people with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities – Need to incorporate standards in all design and development 3

Utilizing and Building upon “Include Always” MHA and MAPS have discussed that MAPS’s virtual community and in- person event could benefit from adopting and building upon the “Include Always” work, slogan, and logo – Advances and accelerates the work across all care settings – Gives patients a familiar sense of engagement across settings – Provides an important identity building block for MAPS’s work 12
