What Is KSSE? How Does KSSE Work? Volunteers meet with RSVP staff for a brief interview. Volunteers are required to provide 3 references and consent to a KBI background check. Peer Support Program (PSP)

What is the Peer Support Program? A volunteer program that seeks to improve the mental and physical health of seniors age 60 or older A volunteer program that seeks to improve the mental and physical health of seniors age 60 or older Volunteers meet with a peer partner for one hour, once a week. Who Are Our Volunteers? What Will I Be Doing? What Support Will I Receive? You will be provided with program materials including a week to week guide. You will be provided with program materials including a week to week guide. I’m Still Not Sure... Give it a try! We only ask for a ten hour commitment over two and a half months. At the end of this time you can choose to continue or not. If not, we’re always happy to have you back at a later time and you will not have to repeat either the interview or training.
