Quick Start Start from scratch quickly with a preset template Tools -> Options File - > Template Settings Default Template file name for QNEW Type QNEW Open with no template File -> New -> Open with no template QSAVE or SAVEAS

Saving, Opening, Multiple Drawings, Closing Autosaving Options - > Open and Save -> Automatic Save Open existing drawings: OPEN, File-> Open Open a sample drawing Multiple Drawings -> Open three sample drawings Window Pulldown menu CLOSE, File->Close

Custom Templates Sheet size -> Go to Page Setup Student CD contains several templates that can be used. You can create your own template if no predefined template suits your needs. Use saveas command to save as a template *.dwt The name should relate some information about the template
