Transition Initially, I took several tests through the class that looked at what I like, what I am good at, and even who I am. The tests then compared those results with jobs to determine what I would be most successful doing.

Problem Solver When something is wrong, I am the one to look for ways to fix it. Tend not to give up on a project once I have started. Important for my career to have lots of challenges in my way that are up to me to overcome.

Rational Values examining and weighing options to determine which is the more logical solution. Career should include many decisions for me to have a valued input on.

Efficient I can manage time and resources optimally. I work smarter, not harder. An open-ended career where I am given a deadline to accomplish a goal is optimal.
