IBEW 7 th District Foreman Development Series Train the Trainer Workshops Action Learning

Get the students involved in the work they will encounter as foremen. Introduce and practice skills they will need to be successful. Encourage total involvement of learners to increase learner benefit. Use hands on learning methods to accelerate the learning process. Improve retention as members are not only hearing but are practicing the skills. Apply the skills and information directly to the Foreman in their typical work environment.
