Texas Revolution The Alamo By: Deavyon Ross 7 Grade Mrs. Cochran

The first construction of the Alamo began in 1724, the Alamo was built in San Antonio, Texas. The Alamo was made to defend their self from Santa Anna and his Mexican army. The Texans and Mexicans soldiers had the siege battle at the Alamo. The battle was fought February 26 through March 6, 1836 the Texans and the Mexicans were fighting, the ratio of men 1 to 10.

The rooms were the chapel the plaza and the court house. The weaknesses of the Alamo was the north wall because it was to wide and the Texans couldn’t lean over the wall to shoot the Mexicans
