IDB PROJECT WORK STEPS 1.Develop a pilot IDB for Butler County stakeholders. 2.Test IDB on five (5) major Butler County development projects. 3.Review project testing results and gain stakeholder feedback. 4.Prepare strategy with stakeholders for implementing the IDB approach in Butler County. 5.Assess pros and cons of IDB approach and determine feasibility. 6.Share results with Butler County stakeholders, State of Ohio, and other interested parties (including County Commissioners Association of Ohio [CCAO]). 7.Prepare final project report and deliver to Butler County stakeholders and State of Ohio LGIF. 2
