We should manage the progress effectively in order to survive. We should manage the progress effectively in order to survive.

1) How does progress influence on the body and mental health? 2) How do we effectively manage the natural environment to improve our health? 3) What do students think about influencing of environment on the human beings?

Three Primary Factors that Affect Human Health The environment Genetic factors Personal behavior

How both man-made and natural changes to the environment can influence human health

Destroying forests Waste and chemicals Water and air pollution Global warming Social life

Destroying forests damages thousands of acres of land every day. The soil an easily be blown away and there is less soil/ Even if new trees are planted they cannot bring back the old forest that was part of a complex ecosystem that cleaned the air, trapped flood waters, and made a home for much wildlife.

Water and air pollution is very serious threat to our environment. This is result of human activities: releasing poisonous chemicals, car fumes, throwing litter, oil spills. Polluted air and water affect people’s health.

Waste and chemicals Most cities produce a lot of waste every day. If it is just thrown away or even dug up, it may be around for decades, and could even release dangerous chemicals into the soil. These poisons can threaten the lives of the people that are living or working near by. If toxic or poisonous, liquid chemicals are poured into the water, it is possible to put large populations of people’s heals at risk.

Social life I suppose that culture, the way people live, is very essential factor which is manage of social life. And as a matter of fact, culture shapes our health as much as our genes do. Culture affects everything we think and do, from how we treat our elders, to who we allow to be a healer, to what we do when our children do not feel well. So cultural competence is important in every aspect of our public lives, but it is a crucial skill for health care providers, who deal daily with diverse people in life and death situations. Cultural competency is not just awareness or sensitivity to different cultures. A culturally competent provider knows about different cultural perspectives and has the skills to use that knowledge effectively in cross- cultural situations.

Social, economic and behavioral factors influence on the mental health of people

 workshops/networks, working groups  “discipline hopping” opportunities to encourage career development for young scientists, proof of concept studies or exploratory awards  Solar energy is a perfect viable resource.  Ecotourism, people do pay good money to see wildlife.  Population growth must be controlled and planned. The best way to solve this problem

I ask students such questions as: 1. Are you ready for the environmental protection? 2. Do you consider that every citizen must care of the environment?

Yes, I think, it’s time to think about the environment. The most serious problem for us is litter. But we should remember that each of us must care not only of the environment but also about the behavior culture. No, I don’t see any sense in discussing this problem, the government must think about it, because we pay taxes. So the government should develop acceptable life’s standards for people. Two widely spread opinions from the survey

“Yes”
