OBJECTIVES- DAY 1 The student will:  integrate Language Arts skills with a technology business career lesson.  demonstrate speed and accuracy with the touch keyboard on Edu Typing  BELL WORK QUESTION- DAY 1 ◦ WHAT IS AN INBOX?

 Monday Procedures and Activities  Prebell Question: What is an Inbox? The teacher will introduce lesson on integrating Reading/Language Arts skills with a technology business career-Steve Jobs Biography  The students will complete 15 comprehension questions about Steve Job Biography –See Handouts. (Write complete sentences)  Students will continue keyboarding skills mins. on Edu Typing and Homework –keyboarding lesson, if not finished  Enrichment Activity—Further Practice: Do typing in Keyboarding Ch. 3 textbook—pages 92 for those who finish early  Closure: The teacher will wrap up lesson with an oral review.  Tuesday Activities and Procedures:  Prebell Question: Explain the difference between a blog, wiki, and discussion board  The teacher will review all skills from Day 1 and give purpose of today lessons.  The students will complete review handout on O Henry Web Quest-ICT Integration Language Arts Activity(group activity-pairs)  Students will continue keyboarding skills.
