RESULTS & LESSONS LEARNED  Most accessible services needed by women’s victims are healthcare and police services. Less and poor quality of legal services revealed by most victims  Most service providers do not have SOP in delivering services within the institution and in collaboration with other service providers  Good practices in East Java in which one hospital operating client-friendly environment for increasing quality of service provision – Citizenship Carter (in Blitar)

LESSONS LEARNED …  The role of community is important and critical, in the sense that they can assist victims to access services, on the other hand community can hinder victims in accessing the service or even disclosing their experience of DV
