Are you interested in College Work-Study?

 A source of financial assistance for students with demonstrated financial need;  Work experiences which complement the participant’s education;  Services that otherwise would not exist to the participating public institutions and agencies. Objectives of the Work- Study Program are to provide

 Complete an error-free Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA);  Must maintain at least 2.0 GPA;  Must maintain Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress(FASAP);  Must be enrolled at least half time in an eligible field of study;  All classes must be a part of your primary major. Work-Study Requirements

 You will be paid minimum wage ($7.79 per hour).  You can work a maximum of 15 hours per week. As a work study student…

 Perform assignments in a serious and responsible manner;  Follow a pre-determined work schedule;  Practice prefect attendance and punctuality;  Maintain an accurate timesheet;  Notify Human Resources, Admissions/Registration and Financial Aid offices of any changes, i.e. name, address, phone, exemptions, etc… Work-Study Students are expected to…

 You are expected to perform your duties in accordance with the standards established by your department.  You must work at least 10 hours per week, but no more than 15 hours per week.  You are not allowed to work during your scheduled classes. Performance Standards

 As a part of the Work-Study program you will have an ethical responsibility to maintain a certain level of respect for the College, its faculty, staff and students. Conditions of Employment
