2 2 Board of Governors All employees, including all full and part-time staff, management and faculty are required to undergo annual (calendar year) training on sexual harassment and unlawful discrimination and harassment. This is in support of ESU’s commitment to maintain a working and learning environment that is free from prohibited forms of harassment or bias and to provide our employees with the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill their responsibilities. 7 EEOC Definition of Sexual Harassment Sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that: 1. Is a term or condition of employment 2. Is the basis of decisions affecting the individual’s employment or academics 3. Interferes with individual’s work or performance or creates hostile environment 7 ODEO 2012

Available 24 x 7 -The program uses an active learning process that does not disrupt your work responsibilities or require you to schedule specific off-site classes. The online course takes approximately 45 minutes to complete, including the mastery test. The program produces documentation of when you took the course and successfully completed the test.
