WP6 – Monitoring and Evaluation of project progress Additional support tools and Pending tasks Additional Support tools prepared:  Naming of files guidelines  Guidelines on the structure of private web area  Quality Management Plan  Supportive tools for external evaluator (to be discussed) Individual discussions with certain partners for working progress and tasks completed Pending tasks contractually agreed (till end of the project): 2 reports Forth Report consisting of: -Overview of the project progress and products delivered to date -Project objectives achievement -Review of indicators (number of copies to deliver – number of participants to attend) -Evaluation report of the fifth partner’s meeting -Reflections of partners on WP 2, WP4 and WP5 Final Report (5 th )

Evaluator’s comments and recommendations COMMENTS Project progress (Forget comment) - Certain delay -in delivering Book of Rubbish - Moodle platform in national languages Project procedures Formal – Informal discussions ? Both considered to be useful and desirable practices on a level of communication on the WPs content and progress. BUT Identification of procedures, allocation of specific tasks of each partner Only during formal discussions Cooperative bridges (especially between technical & pedagogical teams): working group teams have been alarmed, few corrective actions have been made

Evaluator’s comments and recommendations RECOMMENDATIONS -Clear definition of objectives before the meeting sessions and expected outcomes to be defined by each WP leader so as to prevent from losing time on discussions. -Need of a moderator (project coordination) for taking control of the decision –making process and procedures governing the overall management of the project. -Need of Alarming the WP leaders-partners on specific timelines agreed during the meetings for completing their tasks – corrective actions to be taken by the project coordinator and not the work package leader himself. -Reviewing partners budget – Consider possible changes

Internal Evaluation time schedule Deliver by Nicole to all partners by end of May of formularies for the fifth meeting evaluation & WPs 2, 4,5 assessment. Partners should send back their feedback within two weeks time (15/06/08) Individual phone meetings will be attempted by Nicole to all partners by middle of June.
