Hot Potatoes 6.0 Question Tools 3.5 What are they?  They are two sets of authoring tools…  … which enable us to create interactive Web- based exercises of several basic types.  The exercises are standard Web pages using HTML for display, and JavaScript for interactivity.  We don't need to know anything about HTML or JavaScript to use the programs.
