The “College Faculty” is the Educational Policy-making Entity of the College Members of the “College Faculty Body” (GR VII.A.4.a): Its Educational Policy-making Jurisdiction (GR VII.A.4.c): “Within the limits established by … the University Senate … the faculty of a college shall determine the educational policies of that college … academic requirements, curricula, course offerings, undergraduate, graduate and research programs, professional programs, and service functions, to the extent... not been delegated to a... department faculty.” Its Authority to Establish Rules and Committee Structure for its Function “The faculty of each college shall establish its own rules, including a committee or council structure, necessary for the performance of the faculty's functions in educational policy- making … copies of the rules shall be … filed with … the Senate Council.” (GR VII.A.4.b) voting privileges, by the automatic members - Automatic voting members: tenured/tenure track faculty at or above the - Privileged members: persons conferred membership, w/ or w/out level of assistant professor
