Complete Elective Course Choose from three tracks: Residential*, Commercial, or Property Management. Become a member of Green REsource Council Enrolling in the 2-day Core Course includes free year of membership with Green REsource Council. Maintain membership with Green REsource Council and NAR Green REsource annual dues are $99. NAR members may be REALTORS® or Institute Affiliate Members. *For limited time, Green REsource Council will consider other green training programs as residential elective credit toward NAR's Green Designation.
