Oil Consumption

Oil Consumption Questions 1.What country has the largest column? What are the reasons that you think that this country has the highest amount? A: I think that USA has the highest column throughout most of the charts. This is most probably the highest column throughout the charts because we manage our economy and society in an organizational matter, with less problems than other non-developed and even some developed countries. 2.What country has the smallest/lowest? What reasons would cause this country to have a low amount? A: Antarctica obviously has the lowest because of population, but this will never be a developed country because of the extremely cold climate, and less people means less oil. 3.Look at the 5 th and 6 th ranked countries. Are they developed, developing, or one of each? Why do you think that they are where they are in the rankings? Use data to help you answer the question. A: They are both developing countries. Perhaps they are given me these ranks because they do not need this much oil as America, or they may not be able to afford this.

Oil Consumption Questions 4.Look at the 7 th and 8 th ranked countries. Are they developing countries? If so, what do they need to do in order to get to the top half of the rankings? Use data from any information to help you answer the question. A. These are also developing countries. These countries probably need to create a better system for their economy and control their population. 5. Name another country (other than the US) that stands out to you on the chart. Describe the country and what type of impact it has on world consumption. A: Australia came up in 3 rd place in most of the time, which is impressive. They are kind of like mini US, and manage just about everything quite well to be able to come in with this rank. This has a positive effect on world consumption.

Internet Users

Internet Users Questions 1.What country has the largest column? What are the reasons that you think that this country has the highest amount? A.USA obviously has the largest column, because we have a lot of money to open up Dell and Apple stores that sell smart phones and laptops. We have revolutionary Wi-Fi hot spots, touch-screen laptops, and mind-blowing graphics on tablets. We by far have the most internet users in the world. 2. What country has the smallest/lowest? What reasons would cause this country to have a low amount? A.Iraq and Antarctica have the smallest/lowest columns. Iraq is a small country, and they may not be wealthy enough for Wi-Fi because they are a developing country. Antarctica is easy to explain, because they will never be a fully-developed country when not a lot of people like to live in extremely cold climates. 3.Look at the 5th and 6th ranked countries. Are they developed, developing, or one of each? Why do you think that they are where they are in the rankings? Use data to help you answer the question. A.They are both developing countries. Developed countries often do not have the resources that developed countries have, therefore resulting in not a lot of internet users. 4.Look at the 7th and 8th ranked countries. Are they developing countries? If so, what do they need to do in order to get to the top half of the rankings? Use data from any information to help you answer the question A. These are also developing countries. These countries probably need to become developed countries first, in order to achieve semi-basic things like internet and social media.

Internet Users Questions 5. Name another country (other than the US) that stands out to you on the chart. Describe the country and what type of impact it has on world consumption. A. Japan has a very high rate of internet users. Probably because Japan has a lot of internet users and business men and women. This is common in developed countries that interact with USA and trading businesses.

Population

Population Questions 1.What country has the largest column? What are the reasons that you think that this country has the highest amount? A.India has the largest column on the graph. I think that this country has the highest population because they cannot control it. Also because when you get married to a boy in India, the girl's parents have to pay money to the boys family and parents. Therefore, they execute the girls and reproduce more boys to get more money. I do not know what this is called, but I'm sure someone could look up the name very easily. 2. What country has the smallest/lowest? What reasons would cause this country to have a low amount? A: Antarctica has the lowest column, obviously because the extremely cold climate keeps people from wanting to live here. 3.Look at the 5th and 6th ranked countries. Are they developed, developing, or one of each? Why do you think that they are where they are in the rankings? Use data to help you answer the question. A: They are both developing countries. Not often do people want to move to a developing country nor do people living there want to go to a place where there is not much to offer. Also, this may be because it is a very small country size. 4. Look at the 7th and 8th ranked countries. Are they developing countries? If so, what do they need to do in order to get to the top half of the rankings? Use data from any information to help you answer the question. A: These are both developing countries. These countries need to become developed countries first, to increase tourism rates. When people see how nice the country is, they'll want to live there, increasing population.

Population Questions 5.Name another country (other than the US) that stands out to you on the chart. Describe the country and what type of impact it has on world consumption. A: Canada is almost a mini-America, so this comes in 2nd place on the population chart. It is almost the US, but pretty much with smaller proportions.
