What’s the Big Idea? Problem: –There’s only two counseling rooms. –There are several classes of students who need to use these rooms. Solution: –The website provides an online sign-up tool so students can see what times and days the rooms are open.

How does it work? 1.Create an account 2.Log on to website 3.View and select convenient available timeslots for room use – coordinate with client 4.Arrive for your appointment

Creating an Account Visit: Click on “Request and account here”

Canceling Appointments To cancel your appointment, click on the “Cancel” button.
