This shows hours worked for prior year, which allows us to determine how much leave they will earn for the new year. – It is also being used to prepare for PTO as we make our decision to have this policy for select groups. List of employees that had taken time during a specific payroll period. We use this to help with our three pay- period leave rollover process.

This was an issue for Student Activities and their lists of Volunteer Students It was an issue for Bursar office when they needed to submit a job to reprint specific student invoices.
