31 Additional Self Service Pages Lock/Unlock View for Completed Records ‘Lock / Unlock’ – Used in Faculty Compensation to freeze data in preparation to apply the job assignment – Users can view data only – Prevents users from making changes – Hierarchical - Users with access to a predecessor organization may unlock and update data – Only locked records can be applied to NBAJOBS
