The text of the law At every stage in the primary and secondary school, exercice and movement will be included for an average about 45 minutes a day, during the longer and more varied day of school. It should help to promote health in children and adolescents and to support motivation and learning in school subjects. Exercise and movement can both be part of the discipline-divided education, including sport, and supportive teaching.

25 minutes of movement Special for our school this year.

Powerwalk in a group The first man and the rest of the group walks as fast as they can. The last man runs up to the front. They powerwalk around the school. Aims: Cooperation Traditional games Aims: Cooperation, culture

25 minutes of movement Why is it good? Makes it easier to include movement. You make sure it is done. Why not? It´s not always the class teachers The contents is not always related to something they are working with right now. The time is not when the pupils need it the most.
