Young Life’s vision and mission have been clearly defined for the organization Our Vision: Every adolescent will have the opportunity to meet Jesus Christ and follow Him. Our Vision: Every adolescent will have the opportunity to meet Jesus Christ and follow Him. Our Mission: Introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. Our Mission: Introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. A vision statement is …. A vision statement is …. – a picture of your ministry in the future; it is your inspiration, the framework for all your strategic planning. – articulating your dreams and hopes for your ministry. It reminds you of what you are trying to build. – it answers the question, "Where do we want to go?“ – a clear and succinct description of what the ministry should look like after it successfully implements its strategies and achieves its full potential. For the Metro North Region that means … Every adolescent in the METRO NORTH REGION will have the opportunity to meet Jesus Christ and follow Him.
