Key Considerations Document What is it? Why was it developed? What is the purpose? How can it be used and by whom?

Key Considerations During Exploration Articulate a mission Compare approaches State the desired changes Explore implementation and measure readiness of potential adopters Public awareness-ready the system

Questions for Panelists What was the reason you decided to explore the integration process? What were you hoping to accomplish? How are hoping this will improve outcomes for children/families? How are you introducing/discussing the concept to stakeholders and families (public awareness)? What resources have you developed (and what was the need that needed addressing)?
