What does it mean to be filled with the Spirit?

To be filled with the Spirit means that the Holy Spirit takes control of our hearts and minds so that we wake up spiritually, we stop being foolish spiritually because we have joy and power for living life as his children.

How do I be filled with the Holy Spirit?... through the Power of Worship

19 Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your heart to the Lord, 20 always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
