 Fitness and Wellbeing Service  Specialises in providing health and fitness services in the workplace  We understand the challenges of trying to balance a hectic lifestyle and the nature of health and fitness problems

 A training and support programme  Balancing Wellness and workplace Lifestyle  The primary focus of the Construct Fitness EPI as a wellness programme is to: “Improve the health and well-being of employees (and their families) in order to enhance organisational performance and reduce costs.”

“Construct a vision of wellness which will embed itself naturally in company culture or even deeply integrated into the operational DNA of our organisation.”  Base line indicators of programme performance:  High participation in HRA and utilisation of programmes and resources  Making employees more health conscious  Establishing lifestyle changes for employees and for their families

 Embrace the challenges of today’s workplace  Provide a cutting edge services that attract and retain employees  Improve productivity and performance  Offer significant cost savings and improved organizational efficiencies The Construct Fitness EPI differs from other wellness schemes that merely provide wellness solutions to employees, because it looks to develop an organisational strategy for workplace wellness, comprising of Programme goals A multi-year business strategy Development of programme ownership, design, evaluation, vendors, tools, infrastructure, and technology.

 Our model is targeted to encouraging employers who are prepared to invest in the health of their staff  We look to :  Improve performance through targeted projects  Evaluate and measure Health Improvement and effectiveness  The model sets long-term and short-term achievable targets.

 The Construct Fitness EPI incorporates components including:  on-site activities  Web portals  online healthy lifestyle programmes  personal health records to increase the degree of personalisation to deliver greater participation and results.  Fit for Business  We will also extend this initiative to Family members whilst maintaining the cost-effective line of strategy

 Systematically set specific objectives for the wellness programme.  We actively encourage and utilize feedback from employees, managers to get data for qualitative assessment.  Costing the desired outcome of the training. “ Regular evaluation of completed training will help you identify gaps and take early steps to avoid the problem.”
