ReadnQuiz Tutorial

All books in the GES Media Center that have a ReadnQuiz test have a green Lexile label at the bottom of the spine. No Test Test

Access ReadnQuiz from the GES Media Homepage.

Click Sign In first.

Be sure STUDENT is selected.

Type your lunch/library check out number for login AND password.

Click Sign In.

Click Take Quiz.

Type the title or Quiz #. Then click Find.

The Quiz # can be found on the inside front cover of GES library books.

Typing Tips: Skip words like a, an, and the at the beginning of the title. Use 1 space between each word. Only type the first few words of longer titles.

After you click Find, you will see a list of titles After you click Find, you will see a list of titles. Locate and click on the title for the book you need to test on.

Be sure the title is correct and then click Take Quiz.

You will be asked to enter your password You will be asked to enter your password. Remember that this is your lunch/library number.

After you type in your password, click Submit.

Click Start Quiz.

Rate both how you like the book and how easy/difficult it was for you to read. Click Continue.

Read the question and all 4 choices Read the question and all 4 choices. Click the circle beside your choice for the correct answer.

You also have an opportunity to give your input about each question below, especially if there is a problem with the question.

Click Submit to move on to the next question.

At the end of the test, your results will appear.

Testing Standards: Passing is 70% or better You may re-test once if you make below 70.

You can see scores of all books tested by clicking My Stuff.

By default, tests taken during the current grading period are shown.

To see all tests for the year, change the time period to School Year.

Be sure to click Sign Out when you are done with ReadnQuiz.
