Skin-replecement product technology 0.5 cm2 patients own skin biopsy epidermal cells culturing in vitro prepared cells transplanted back on to the same patient in an injectable fibrin matrix after 2 weeks of in vitro cell culture applicated cells are capable of dividing with high growth potential, form growing epidermal islands in wound bed
