1 DynaClose Delayed Primary Closure
Clear silicone elastomer closes the wound without adhering to it Soft Stretchable fabric is shower friendly and prevents blistering

2 DynaClose Delayed Primary Closure
DynaClose® provides an easy, painless and non-invasive method to close retracted or dehisced wounds up to 5cm in width. DynaClose® provides a second chance at skin closure for failing wounds, wounds under tension, wounds at risk of dehiscing, or when reduction of wound area under management is desirable. An elastic adhesive fabric bonds to the skin while a silicone elastomer progressively pulls the wound margins together. Compatible with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Pulls open wounds closed • Achieves delayed primary closure without sutures, staples, grafts or negative pressure • Controls infected wound edges, then closes them when ready • For use above and below wound dressings • Ensures high tension incisions remain closed • Reduces pain by relieving incisional tension • Promotes patient mobility

4 DynaClose Fasciotomy Closure of a forearm fasciotomy following embolectomy on an 89 year-old taking anti-coagulants. DynaClose applied 5 days post fasciotomy.

5 No complications and no surgery performed to close the wound.
DynaClose Fasciotomy At Day 19, 47 and week 8. No complications and no surgery performed to close the wound.

6 DynaClose Fasciotomy Closure of a forearm fasciotomy following stabbing with a bayonet on an 18 year-old. DynaClose applied 9 hours post fasciotomy.

7 DynaClose Fasciotomy Days 8, 29 and 43 – Continuous dynamic re-approximation with DynaClose allowed for complete closure of the wound within 2 weeks with no secondary surgery of any kind required.

10 DynaClose Achieves primary closure Restores normal skin integrity
Benefits Achieves primary closure Restores normal skin integrity Reduces incisional pain & increases mobility Eliminates need for skin graft Eliminates sutures, staples and OR time Features Quick and painless application & removal Transparent, adhesive free centre For use above or below wound dressings Compatible with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) Reduces hospital costs

11 DynaStretch PreSurgical Skin Expansion
Topical skin expansion is a common surgical procedure to grow extra skin through controlled mechanical overstretch. It creates skin that matches the color, texture, and thickness of the surrounding tissue, while minimizing scars and rejection risks. DynaStretch’s gentle, but unrelenting tension makes it ideal for stretching skin prior to a surgical intervention, creating a depot of skin that allows a primary closure after defect or flap excision. DynaStretch's tension aligns collagen fibers and encourages new cell generation. The inherent elasticity of both the adhesive fabric and the silicone elastomer allow patient mobility as the device works.

12 DynaStretch Pre Surgical Skin Expansion
Deep melanoma, previously sliced off as though it was a benign mole

14 DynaClose Pre Surgical Skin Expansion
Large tumour just below the knee. Difficult area to deal with because there isn’t really ‘extra’ skin, also, this is an area of radiated skin (red area)
