Objectives 1.Foster responsible stewardship of CAP resources. 2.Identify availability of resources, competing needs, and develop analytical skills for making effective decisions. 3.Identify applicable regulations governing management of CAP resources.

Defining Our Needs  Our missions generally define our overall needs  Our regulations and policies often prescribe the manner in which we acquire and track them.
