2 Involving Teachers in the Decision Making Process
Teachers not only utilize the knowledge, skills and talents to instruct their students, they also want to involve themselves in the decision making process. Teacher involvement in the decision making process will increase the likelihood of accomplishing the school’s mission.

3 Vision of Shared Decision Making and Teamwork
Introduction: The Vision is that teachers provided a high quality education to every student in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment, while developing teacher efficacy, that fosters and enhances the cooperative efforts of all teachers and other stakeholders utilizing the appropriate decision making model, which will be closely aligned with the selected school goal(s).

4 Involving Teachers in the Decision Making Process
First I will highlight the areas in which areas in which I will/will not involve teachers in the process of decision making. Second, I will note the areas in which I will assist teachers in being prepared for this process, the responsibilities that occupy the process and most importantly, the commitment to established timelines. Third, the importance of teacher commitment to the students and the school Next, my expectations for teachers and myself as a principal Additionally, cultivating a climate of openness, trust and authenticity(original) Moreover, releasing the knowledge and power of the faculty.

transformation leader, however; at times it will that of an instructional leader.
