List of number of serving in the container or package.

Listing of calories in ONE serving.

The percentage of calories in a serving of food that come from fat rather than from carbohydrates or protein.

The portion of daily amount of a nutrient provided by one serving.

Listed by weight Healthy, Fat Free, Low Fat, Lean, Light, Cholesterol Free, and Fresh.

May add nutrients, flavor, color, and texture.

Nutrients lost during processing and are added back into food.
