2 Reduced Means that the product has 25% or less of a nutrient or calories than the regular product. 6/9/2015

3 Calorie Free Means fewer than 5 calories. 6/9/2015

4 Low Calorie Means 40 calories or less. 6/9/2015

5 Light or Lite Means one third fewer calories or 50% less fat. If more than half the calories are from fat, the fat content must be reduced by 50% or more. 6/9/2015

6 Fat Free Means less than .5 grams of fat. 6/9/2015

7 Low Fat Means 3 grams of fat or less. 6/9/2015

8 Sodium Sodium Free – 35 milligrams or less sodium
