2007/08 TAKING STOCK Getting to know each other Many great literacy strategies & practices utilized in the building Bohemia became the ESL magnet site Staff began GLAD training Traditional staff meeting model with no consistent grade level team meeting format or expectation

2008/09 Continued GLAD training of staff Began to introduce Daily 5 Began discussion of PLCs Developed the Bohemia Vision for 2015, shared readings Implementation of RTI with Aimsweb. Data managed by reading specialist Expectation for monthly grade level meetings with a common focus, monthly whole staff meetings, monthly work group meetings, monthly RTI meetings Began 5 th grade rotation model Began using a shared electronic file

2009/10 Retreat to continue PLC development, shared readings Grade level team weekly meetings, few whole staff meetings, begin cross-grade level meetings Team Leader model with trimester SMART goals per trimester Creation of team formative assessments Creation of Bohemia & SLSD Writing document Added math intervention blocks in response to data RTI with EasyCBM, teachers begin to manage data Technology grant & PD Begin to use shared google docs Added the Bohemia garden & Spanish instruction in support of vision Grew Daily 5 (with book club) & GLAD, teachers share strategies with EAs Rounds feedback targeting student participation/engagement School-wide Kelso’s Choice for student problem-solving Cultural support team added (Diane & Jacque)
