Missoula County Commissioners and City Council formed the Missoula Valley Water Quality District (MVWQD) Missoula County Commissioners and City Council formed the Missoula Valley Water Quality District (MVWQD) The MVWQD published an Evaluation of Unsewered Areas in Missoula.
