Work Groups  NTI & API Program Planning Committees  Evidence-based Practice Work Group  Staff Nurse Advisory Group  ACNP Task Force  FYI: In , 34 volunteer groups were appointed connecting with 930 member volunteers!

What we accomplished…..  Record attendance at NTI 2008 in Chicago  10% increase in membership (73,000)  Free CE Program thriving, + feedback  ECCO 2.0 launched  New AACN Web site launched

What we accomplished…..  Beacon Awards for ….  Beacon cycle: 210 open applications; 40 Adult CC Units awarded Beacon!  Progressive Care has 5 applications in review and 35 are open!  Pediatrics has 2 applications in review and 18 are open.. Since May!

Looking Forward…..  Healthy Work Environment Assessment Tool to launch end of summer  Two new E-Learning 3-hour courses to launch end of summer  Preceptor Challenge  Promoting Excellence in Palliative and EOL Care
