SUNSPOTS Sunspots are something that only the sun has. The sun can have 1, 2, or even 100 sunspots. Sunspots can be little, medium, or even huge! Sunspots are black all The time. Sunspots move all the time days, weeks, or even months!!!

PARTS OF THE SUN The middle of the sun is called the inner core. The next part is the sun is the radiative zone. The next part of the sun is the convection zone. The next part is the subsurface flows. The next part is the photosphere that is where the sunspots are. The next part is the chromosphere. The last part of the sun is the Corona.

The sun has of the mass in the solar system [then Jupiter has most of the rest. ] The sun is in the top 10% by mass. The sun has over 1 million mass in the solar system.

DID YOU KNOW That the suns atmosphere is composed of three areas 1 photosphere, 2 chromosphere, 3 solar corona.

THE SUNS SIZE The sun is so big, one million earths could fit inside of it! The sun is 875,000 miles across. That is one big sun. The sun’s diameter is about 110 times wider then Earths. The sun is a huge star.

The sun’s temperature is hot. It is 15.6 million Kevin. That is hot. I would not want to go into outer space. The sun is so hot that if you go near it you will be roasted. The sun can kill you. The inner core is the hottest place of the sun. it can reach about 27 billion F.
