GRM Registry Web Access is a web-based application –URL Used to search registry content (registered transactions and pending transactions) Users must login What is GRM Registry Web Access

As you prepare and execute queries additional tabs are opened: –Search – select what you want to search for and enter the search criteria you want to use –Search Results – shows records matching search criteria –Details – detailed information about party, property, transaction, and digital documents (only available for users that have permission to view and print digital documents) Dynamic User Interface

Using the Web Access module, you can search for: –Transactions in process –Registered transactions –Properties –Parties –Scanned documents View documents (images) GRM Registry Web Access

Transactions may be one of two (2) types: –Registered transactions have been registered –Transactions in process are transactions are not yet registered Under the Search tab, click Transaction search for a transaction Searching for Transactions

A Property is the main object for the registration of right and transactions Under the Search tab, click Property to search for a property Searching for Properties

Parties are the participants of the ownership or rights transfer Under the Search tab, click Party to search for parties Searching for Parties

Documents may be one of two (2) types: –Supporting Documents are submitted for registration –Outgoing Documents are created in GRM Registry and given to the applicant Under the Search tab, click Document to search for the documents. Searching for Documents

Results of the search appear under the Search Results tab of GRM Registry Web Access Indicates search category (e.g. Document) Double-click on the record to view in more detail Viewing Search Results
