4 Vision for St. Louis In St. Louis, we envision equal and excellent Pre-K to Post-Secondary education for all children that systemically addresses the injustices of institutional racism, poverty, and oppression. Therefore, all people will be able to access and navigate pathways to unlimited life opportunities, ultimately bringing about holistic community transformation that continually cultivates a society based on justice and equity.

12 Brief Job Descriptions School Director Manages a school team of Corps Member Coaches and School Operations Manager Works directly with the school site administrator to fully integrate our summer school program with the school Owns the vision-setting, culture building, and development of his or her school team Corps Member Coach Works directly with 8 – 12 corps members (our goal is 10 CMs per CMC) Engages in strategic 1:1 and small group coaching and learning experiences Uses student level achievement data to drive teacher development

13 Brief Job Descriptions School Operations Manager Works with the School Director and summer school site administrators to ensure seamless and efficient logistics Supports corps members in their use of our Online Student Achievement Tracker (OSAT) Plans and executes community engagement experiences throughout the summer Teacher-Leader Development Specialist Work with all school sites on specific learning experiences for Corps Members Specialize in Teaching As Leadership or Content Meaning, TLDS staff members are hired to focus on investment and management or planning and execution, allowing TLDSs to truly focus on a specific “band” of corps member learning

14 Brief Job Descriptions Content Specialist Works with all school sites on content-specific learning for Corps Members Specialize in: ECE / Lower Elementary Upper Elementary Secondary ELA / Humanities Secondary Math / Science Work to show corps members how their training intersects with the content / context specific needs of their students Director of Data Management Works with our entire summer program to ensure strong and efficient culture of data Trains all staff members and regional team members on the use of the Online Student Achievement Tracker (OSAT) Helps inform summer school decision making in response to trends in data / ongoing analysis
