 Ahmad Hosseini  A short introduction ( 10 minutes) about the following topics: 1.Concepts of Leadership 2.Major factors in leadership 3.Important Keys to Effective Leadership 4.Principles of Leadership 5.Attributes of Leadership  Each Members of the Panel (10 minutes)  A short summery about their organization, its size and the number of employees  What challenges exist in their organization that may prevent them to be as effective leader as you want to be?  Questions and Answers ( from audience and the members of the panel)

 Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.  To inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be, know, and, do.

1. Leader As the leader you must know:  who you are,  what you know, and  what you can do 2. Followers  Different people require different styles of leadership.  You must come to know your employees' be, know, and do attributes

3. Communication  You lead through two-way communication.  What and how you communicate either builds or harms the relationship between you and your employees. 4. Situation  All situations are different. What you do in one situation will not always work in another.

 Trust and confidence in top leadership  Effective communication by leadership  Helping employees understand the company's overall business strategy.  Helping employees understand how they contribute to achieving key business objectives.  Sharing information with employees on both how the company is doing and how an employee's own division is doing - relative to strategic business objectives.

 Know yourself and seek self-improvement  Be technically proficient  Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions  Make sound and timely decisions  Set the example  Know your people and look out for their well-being  Keep your workers informed  Develop a sense of responsibility in your workers  Ensure that tasks are understood, supervised, and accomplished  Train as a team  Use the full capabilities of your organiz ation
