Evaluate the Condition of the Jobsite HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Overhead Electrical / Power Lines, Weather Conditions, Wildlife, Rocks or debris in area to be lined

Visually Inspect the Equipment HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Broken Glass, Leaking Fuel / Hydraulic Line, Inspect Slings and Rig Equipment.

Install Proper Rigging on Track Hoe to Lay Out the Roll of Plastic Material HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Improper Operation of Equipment, Improper Rig Installation, Improper Rigging Material, Pinch Point at Rigging. ** MAKE SURE THERE ARE SAFETY SPOTTERS INVOLVED IN THIS STEP**

Lay Out the Cover Plastic Material HAZARDS TO WATCH FOR : Suspended Roll Hits Person, Equipment Hits Person, Equipment Cannot Handle Load. Watch out for slips, trips, and falls.
