Questions Present Continuous – Is/Are + -ing Where are you going? When is she coming to Thailand? Who are you playing football with? What are you learning in science class? Why is he sleeping in class? Where is your family going on vacation?

Answers Present Continuous I am going home. She’s playing the piano. We’re ordering pizza. Mr. X and Mr. Y are not coming to my party. It’s not working. The teacher is reviewing for exams this week.

Questions Past Simple – DID Did you come to school yesterday? Did you watch the basketball competition? Where did you go on your last vacation? When did you wake up this morning? How did you learn to speak English so well? Who did you hang out with after school?

Answers Past Simple I went to Egypt. I practiced football for 10 years. I studied math last night. She didn’t feel sick yesterday. We saw a movie last weekend. We didn’t like the movie.
