We lost our marbles!

Materials Used Two by fours’ Peg board Vacuum hose Funnel Mouse traps Marbles Fishing line Wooden stake Nails, screws, bolts Plastic cup Duct tape Cardboard

How it Works Mouse traps release marbles that offset one kg weight Stored Energy Summary Marbles release traps (PE g => KE) Mouse traps release marbles (PE e => PE g ) Energy is wasted to do the following: Bucket falls (PE g => KE) 1 kg (W in => PE g )

Design Summary We had scattered ideas for our machine. Things came together once we had random materials to work with. Construction Issues Getting started Height problem towards the end of construction
