Gaining Access to Google Site All coaches and first assistants have already been given contributor access to this site. This is where all documents for your tournament stored. It will be primary information distribution point to all coaches. If you have multple teams and would like additional persons added they can request access

STEP 1 Create a Google Account Using the address given to ORTOP, create a google account

Finally Download documents and prep for some fun. Checkout the site. Get your adult team member information ed to Janet by Dec 1 st using the Team Roster Document. Fill out all team member information on Team Roster form and print out and bring with you along with consent forms for all team members

Consent Forms First has required all persons submit a consent form. At check-in, registration personel will be asking for a consent form for each person on your roster. They will be asking you to confirm data about your team for award determinations later in the day.
