About 2009 Viking Project Team Morale Survey Data This is the summary table of average point for each category that team analyzed in 2009 Viking Project Team Morale Survey Data Recommendation: We should focus to improve employee’s satisfaction at aspects: Benefit, Support, Environment and Turnover.

Recommendation: Company should organize seminars (career growth...), skills courses, training courses, etc.

Recommendation: Company should provide more documents about similar project to support employees.

Recommendation: Company should improve work environment and organize parties between departments to improve relationship

Recommendation: N/A

Recommendation: Create communicate channel to improve communication effective and clear the meaning of question 2 and 8.

This is the summary table of average point for each category that team analyzed in 2010 Viking Project Team Morale Survey Data Recommendation: We should focus to improve employee’s satisfaction at all aspects.

Recommendation: Continue to apply solutions of 2009 but we need to open more training courses for employees

Recommendation: Support new tool and resources for employees. Hire consultants to support employees.

Recommendation: Company should buy necessary equipment for work environment.

Recommendation: N/A

Recommendation: Continue to clear the meaning of question 2 and 8 Find out the reasons to understand why employee’s satisfaction about their value in team is decreased and motivate them.

Inclusion, based on what team analyzed at part 3, the applied recommendations is not really effective. The employee’s satisfaction about almost aspects of Viking project is still very bad.
