 Soul food is very common in African American homes it also has a variety of meats and vegetables.

 Some of us live in two story homes but some of us live in one story home’s, or apartments I live in an apartment home.

 There are a lot of AFRICAN Americans who are great artist some people go unknown because in slavery times people were not allowed to read or write,not even there names.

 Some men and woman wear suits and dresses, but most of us wear casual clothing.

 The most popular of music is R&B, blues, hip hop and gospel all mostly came from africa from using the drum,African American music is apart of our Black history today.

There are many known African American in our government today such as our president Barak Obama, and a General Colin Powell.

 There are several religions that African Americans practice, such as Baptist, kwanza, Christian.
