Internet Safety By: Justin, Jack, Mike

Tip #1 Don’t agree to everything you see on the internet. EX- There will be a lot of people that like to sell things to you that could cost a lot of money. But it is just a scam.

Tip #2 Be careful of photos you post on the web. You can never tell who looks at those photos. So always make sure to have them on private for only friends or family to see.

Tip #3 Never open pop-ups! Pop ups could cause viruses or inappropriate sites.

Tip #4 Tell your children what they see on line may not be true. EX: On some websites there is an edit bar that allows anyone to write anything you want such as wiki answers, Wikipedia etc.

Tip #5 Not everything on the internet is real. Most facts are fake or wrong so be careful of what you copy.
