Carbohydrates Two Types of Carbohydrates Simple carbohydrates: These are also called simple sugars. Complex carbohydrates: These are also called starches. The primary role of carbohydrates is Weiren 100 billion cells in the body to provide energy. Carbohydrate is a carbon, hydrogen and oxygen atom formed by the general term for compounds

Fats Fat is made from carbon, hydrogen and oxygen atoms. The proportion of fat will also increase with age. In the human body more than 95% of fat, are based on triglycerides. Triglyceride mainly by a glycerol. Daily consumption of butter in the Fatty acids, saturated fatty acids is mainly.

Protein Animal protein foods (for example: fish, poultry, pork, beef, eggs, milk, etc.). High quality protein Choose protein foods, we should choose "complete protein" high-quality protein foods. Mainly by the amino acid composition of protein. Recommended adult daily intake should be about 0.7 grams per kilogram of body weight of protein.

fiber (fibre) Fiber is defined as continuous or discontinuous filaments composed of the material. In vivo in plants and animals, fibers play an important role in the maintenance of the organization. Fiber can be divided into natural fibers and man-made fibers. Benefits Reduction in Cholesterol Levels anti-cancer role of the large intestine diseases Reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer may be Laxative Source Fibers mainly from grains and cereals, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds

Vitamins Vitamins can promote growth and maintain normal reproductive function Type of vitamins Water-soluble vitamin Although Vitamin itself does not provide energy, many chemical reactions need to exist in order to produce energy.
