We have to fix the design of the flanges on the 1 st horn frame to which the target support beams are attached.

our original modelVishal’s model You changed the angle of vertical beam just vertical instead of our original tilted one. Is this because you think this is better? Exact vertical beam is more preferable for us, of course. You eliminate the horizontal beams connected to the horn vertical beam. But I think this is necessary to get enough rigidity. How do you think? The available maximum size of the aluminum rectangle pipe is 100x100x3. And this size seems to be sufficient for me. Shall we use this pipe for the vertical beams?

I propose to add these beams and connect them with the target vertical beams.

This green target plate and purple mounting plate is currently attached directly without any gap between them. As I send the concept of the alignment feature, the alignment parts will need some space ~50mm. You should estimate the gap and extend the upstream round part to make such gap.

Again, this is the proposed concept which I sent a few weeks ago.

Following is my proposal for the target alignment mechanism. They are very conceptual. The dimensions are precarious.

Mounting Plate on horn side. Target Plate target

Target side Height of gap against mounting plate is adjustable by these three bolts and locking nuts. Same kind of guide pins used for the horn alignment. Sphere shape is adopted instead of just pins in order to avoid jamming. These guide pins have to be precisely aligned. Alignment and fixation mechanism for these pins are not shown in this concept.
