Strategy for 2012 Target Community Industry: Small Businesses, Medium/Large Businesses, SBLOs Government: OSDBUs, Program Managers, Acquisition Officers Government and Industry IT: one vision, one community Goal and FocusMetric for Success Mentor the Small Business Community and provide small business owners resources to enable their success. # SB attendance at the SIG events Post attendance survey results Provided speakers and facilitators that meet our criteria for the event Deliver programs which provide Return on Investment/Effort (from ACT IAC membership) for small business View survey info! Pick top events as metric Obtain a average score of 3.5 out of 5 for each event!
